Due to the customized, handcrafted, and, in some cases, perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been completed, picked up, or delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. Please include a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will review the situation and work with you to reach a fair resolution.

Please ensure all personalization details, recipient information, and delivery addresses are accurate before placing your order. Soulay is not responsible for errors provided by the customer.
